6. DRIVER-SALESMAN
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Sales, and will be expected to Maximize beer and other beverages sales on allocated route by achieving set sales targets and relevant K. P. I execution and sales budgets in compliance with Brewery operating procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY ATTRIBUTES
.• Not less than 30- 50 years’ of age
• A Full Malawi School Certificate of Education with credits in English, Mathematics, Physical Science and any other two science subjects.
• A valid Driving Licence Class C or CE
• 3 years’ continuous experience in driving
• A minimum of 1 year sales experience, a prerequisite
• Willingness to work during weekends and odd hours
• Ability to work under pressure.
• No alcohol related health problems.
• Analytical skills
• High Integrity
• Honest and with clean track record
