Qualifications and experience
- Minimum Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or its equivalent.
- Relevant Professional/Technical qualifications with 1 to 3 years work experience is required for specialist roles i.e Butchery, Bakery, HMR etc.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- For supervisory and management roles, proven leadership and organizational skills is a must.
- Specific certifications or training (e.g., food handling, safety) may be an advantage.
