Job Description
We are seeking one After-Sales Service Engineer based in Lilongwe. This role is central to our customer satisfaction, focusing on maintenance, troubleshooting, and professional on-site installation of solar energy systems.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and maintain solar inverters and lithium battery energy storage systems.
Installation: Lead on-site installation, debugging, and final commissioning of PV systems.
Technical Support: Resolve system faults at customer sites and provide expert technical guidance.
Education: Train customers on the proper use and long-term maintenance of their solar equipment.
Reporting: Maintain accurate service records and provide feedback on recurring technical issues.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with solar inverters and lithium battery storage principles.
Experience: Prior experience in PV installation or electronic troubleshooting is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong hands-on ability and a genuine interest in electronic components.
Mobility: Possession of a valid driver’s license and proficient driving skills is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and a customer-first service mindset.
Location Priority: Candidates residing in Area 9 or Area 46 of Lilongwe will be given priority.
