The Create AI Agents Championship, organized by Dubai Chambers, is a global competition for individuals and teams to build AI agents addressing societal, personal or business needs, with workshops, mentorship and online learning supporting participants as they develop solutions with business potential.

Described as the UAE’s flagship championship for building AI agents, the competition guides participants through identifying a real challenge, shaping an agent solution and demonstrating customer need, business potential and measurable impact.

The four award categories recognize agents designed for societal impact, personal use, business use, and youth-led ventures. Societal agents should address a real challenge and create positive change; personal agents should help people with areas such as health, wellbeing, productivity or time management; and business agents should improve services, operations, decision-making or customer experiences.

Each category winner receives a USD 150,000 grant to support the development and growth of their AI Agent solution and business.

The championship timeline runs from its launch and registration opening on 7 October 2026 through the Grand Final and Awards in the first week of May 2027. Registration closes in January 2027, followed by submission, semi-final and finalist stages.

Entries may begin at the idea, prototype or early MVP stage, but finalists must present a fully functional AI Agent at the Grand Final. Solutions must be original, not copied from an existing repository, and protect personal, confidential and organizational data from information leakage.

Individuals and teams may enter, with a maximum of six people per team. The competition welcomes participants from around the world, including students, tech enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, innovators and app experts, and accepts both technical and non-technical participants. Youth category participants must be under 21 at registration; for team entries, the lead applicant must be under 21.

Fully commercialized solutions are not eligible, although existing businesses may apply with a new AI Agent solution or capability. Participation in the training programmes and webinars is recommended but not mandatory.
