PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES TO FPAM

Family Planning Association of Malawi (FPAM) is a local NGO providing Youth Friendly Sexual and Reproductive Health services in Malawi. FPAM is registered under Trustees Incorporation Act as Family Planning Association of Malawi and launched on 25th September 1999.

FPAM would like to invite for applications from eligible, well established, and reputable companies with ability to offer value added services to register as suppliers of goods and services for the year 2027 – 2028 in the following categories:

Lot 6	Provision of Car Hire Services
Lot 7	Supply of ICT Equipment, Electronics, Air Conditioner Service and Accessories
Lot 8	Provision of Removal and Import Clearing Services
Lot 9	Building Construction and Office Maintenance Service (Plumbing, Electrical Installation)
Lot 10	Hospitality & Conference Services (Kasungu, Lilongwe, Blantyre, Salima, Ntcheu, Mzuzu, Mponera, Mangochi)
Lot 11	Travel Agencies
Lot 12	Motorcycle, Motor vehicle parts, Accessories & General Services/Maintenance
Lot 13	Provision of Security, Cleaning & Landscaping Services
Lot 14	Supply of Refreshments (Maheu, Water, Fanta/Cocoa, Biscuit, Enjoy, Ceres Juice, Groundnuts, Super shake etc.) & Catering Services
Lot 15	Supply of General Goods (Supply of Bicycles, Tents, Generators. etc.)

A complete set of Pre-Qualification Dossier may be obtained from 4th November 2026 to 10th November 2026 by any interested supplier/service provider upon payment of a non – refundable fee of MK10,000.00 to be deposited into the following account:

Interested suppliers’/service providers are allowed to express interest in more than one Lot and separate Tender Dossiers should be used for each lot.

All bids should be submitted in closed and sealed envelopes and may either be deposited strictly in the Tender Box or sent by courier to the address below:
