International Treatment Preparedness Coalition (ITPC)
The International Treatment Preparedness Coalition (ITPC) is a global organization dedicated to achieving health and social justice through strong community engagement and activism. Founded in 2003 in Cape Town, South Africa, by a passionate group of 125 HIV activists from 65 countries, ITPC has grown into a powerful force advocating for the right to equitable and affordable access to treatment. The organization was created in response to the injustice of people living with HIV being denied access to life-saving medicines, and over the past two decades, ITPC has expanded its mission to address broader systemic issues affecting global health and social justice.
