Banyan Global is the prime recipient of the USAID/Malawi Learn to Perform (L2P) Activity. L2P is a five-year task order to improve the Mission’s performance management, enhance program efficiency, and advance Mission learning. Under this activity, Banyan Global is recruiting a Malawian Insights Discovery co-facilitator to assist with a USAID pause and reflect session. The co-facilitator will take part in a two-day session with USAID Malawi staff, supporting Insights Discovery aspects of the retreat. The co-facilitator is expected to support a lead facilitator. The ideal candidate will have experience facilitating with Insights Discovery. The pause and reflect meeting will take place on September 5-6, 2024.
