GreenFaith Africa

GreenFaith Africa is African grassroots, multi-faith climate justice organization that mobilizes faith communities across the African continent to respond to the climate crisis through action, advocacy, and community resilience.

It brings together Christians, Muslims, Indigenous spiritual communities, and other faith traditions to work collectively on environmental protection and social justice. Greenfaith Africa has an African focus, grounded in local realities such as droughts, floods, food insecurity, displacement, and energy injustice. Its work recognizes that faith institutions are among the most trusted, first responders and have widespread social systems in Africa, making them powerful platforms for climate awareness, behavior change, and social protection.
