The Role
We are looking for a young, self- driven, energetic, and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. You will be responsible for designing all promotional material for both on-air and digital platforms. From social media graphics to campaign posters and branding assets, your work will shape the visual identity of Groove100.
Responsibilities include:
• Creating daily promotional graphics for social media and on-air campaigns
• Developing branding materials for station events and digital shows
• Collaborating with content and marketing teams to produce engaging visuals
• Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms
• Adapting quickly to trends and creative direction
What We’re Looking For:
• A youth-minded individual with a creative eye
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or similar tools
• Proficiency in motion graphics (Adobe Premiere Pro, after affects) or similar tools
• A strong portfolio of digital designs and branding work
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
• Passion for radio, media, and youth culture
• A hunger for continuous learning, growth, and innovation in the digital media space
