PROCUREMENT OF SENKE BRAND 150CC OFF-ROAD MOTORCYCLES

VisionFund Malawi is a Christian, mission-driven, deposit-taking microfinance institution committed to empowering vulnerable families in underserved communities to build sustainable livelihoods and secure better futures for their children.

Through the Chuma Chathu Project, implemented in coordination with FARMSE, VisionFund Malawi seeks to improve access to services and promote sustainable livelihoods. To support effective field operations and project implementation, the institution invites bids from qualified suppliers for the supply of brand-new Senke 150CC off-road motorcycles.

Scope of Supply

The successful bidder shall supply and deliver:

Senke Brand Motorcycles
Engine Capacity: 150CC
Type: Off-Road / Dual Purpose
Condition: Brand New
Quantity: Five (5)
Complete with standard accessories, helmets, toolkit, owner’s manual, registration documentation, and warranty.

Minimum Requirements

Interested bidders must submit:

Company profile and certificate of incorporation.
Valid business registration and tax compliance certificates.
Evidence of experience in supplying motorcycles or similar equipment.
Manufacturer’s authorization or dealership certificate (where applicable).
Warranty details and availability of spare parts and after-sales service in Malawi.
Delivery lead time.
At least three references for similar assignments undertaken within the last three years.

Technical Specifications

The motorcycles must:

Be genuine Senke Brand 150CC Off-Road Motorcycles.
Meet all applicable roadworthiness and safety requirements in Malawi.
Include a minimum warranty period of twelve (12) months or manufacturer standard warranty.
Be supplied with all necessary documentation for registration and operation.

Bids will be evaluated based on compliance with technical specifications, supplier experience and capacity, warranty and after-sales support, delivery period, and cost competitiveness and overall value for money.

Submission of Bids

Interested bidders should submit both technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes clearly marked:

“Bid for the Supply of Senke Brand 150CC Off-Road Motorcycles”

Bids must be hand delivered at VisionFund Malawi Head Office at the reception:

Deadline for submission of bids: 7th November 2026 at 17:00hrs.

Late submissions will not be accepted.

VisionFund Malawi reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, wholly or partly, and is not bound to award the contract to the lowest bidder. This procurement is being undertaken under the Chuma Chathu Project in coordination with FARMSE.
