Pre-qualification of suppliers for the 2027 Financial Year

The Malawi Agricultural and Industrial Investment Corporation Plc invites applications from well-established and reputable companies to be pre-qualified for the supply of goods and provision of services for the 2027 financial year.

8.	Provision of office cleaning services
9.	Provision of car hire services
10.	Provision of travel agency services
11.	Provision of catering services
12.	Provision of property valuation and estate agency services
13.	Provision of general services – carpentry, air conditioning maintenance, plumbing, electrical and handy men
14.	Provision of pest control services
15.	Provision of marketing and advertising agency services
16.	Provision of media production services (photography, radio, TV and videography)
17.	Provision of courier services -local and intercity
18.	Provision of office equipment maintenance services
19.	Provision of Legal Services
20.	Supply of Motor Vehicle tyres and Batteries
21.	Provision of transportation and removal services
22.	Supply and service of air conditioners

Prospective suppliers should attach valid documentation and meet the following minimum requirements:

Company registration certificate
Latest MRA Tax Clearance Certificate – 2026
A copy of Tax Registration Certificate
Proof of business experience for the Category/Lot applied for – reference letters from 3 clients and copies of purchase orders.
Company profile clearly showing the Directors of the firm and their national identity cards.
Latest copy of audited financial statements.

Each lot should be applied for separately. Combining of lots will lead to disqualification.

Envelopes should be clearly marked: “PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS 2027” indicating the lot number and dropped in the Tender Box on the Second Floor of Gowa House. All tenders should be addressed to:
