Workshop supervisor
Agrivest is an expanding Macadamia estate located close to Namwera in Mangochi. The company is recruiting hard working, dynamic, mature individuals to fill the vacancies listed below and join the company at an exciting time in its development and expansion.
Workshop supervisor (Requirement x 2)
The workshop supervisor will ensure uninterrupted operation of all farm machinery. They will carry out preventative equipment maintenance and carry out necessary repairs which may include modifications and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems for diesel fuel equipment. They will have the ability to overhaul and rebuild equipment during non-processing season and maintain service records.
•Minimum 4 years’ experience
•Experience with tractors and carrying out repairs and maintenance
•Maintain service records
•Welding experience
•General fitting experience.
•Good verifiable references are essential
