POSITION: SITE FOREMEN (3 POSITIONS)
Minimum Qualifications:
A Diploma in Construction Management or Trade Test Certificate Grade 1 or CIRA Foremanship
Level 2 or any related field from a recognised institution.
Experience and skills:
Must have more than 8 years relevant working experience in site management, building
construction techniques, record keeping and report preparation. The incumbent must be of
good communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with all stakeholders, be a self-
motivated individual and have the ability to manage multiple construction sites.
SALARY: Competitive, negotiable based on experience for those meeting the employer’s expectations
