SPEED COURIER AND LOGISTICS – LILONGWE BRANCH
Speed Courier and Logistics is inviting applications from suitably qualified, hardworking, trust worthy and self-motivated individuals to fill the following positions at our Lilongwe Branch:
5.BIKE RIDERS
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collect and deliver parcels, documents, and packages to customers within assigned routes.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of all consignments.
• Obtain customer signatures and proof of delivery.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and reports.
• Perform daily inspections of assigned motorcycles and report any faults.
• Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Handle parcels with care to prevent damage or loss.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• Valid Motorcycle Rider’s License.
• At least one year of riding experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Knowledge of local routes and locations
